Hi! I’m Coach Sophie

Just a few years ago, I was the skinny girl who lacked confidence and felt like I would never achieve anything. In chasing academic success, I neglected my health until I hit rock bottom burnout — and it was then, staring at my reflection, that I realised I would never achieve anything if I didn’t start putting my health first.

Since that moment, fitness has completely transformed my life — physically, mentally, and spiritually. What started as a personal journey to build strength turned into a passion for helping others do the same, proving that with the right mindset and care for your body, you can unlock a version of yourself you never thought possible.
